Bilateral leverage: deep, stable pressure through the tool, not your thumbs
Leverage is in a hundred everyday objects, like the bottle opener, but until now it has been missing from manual therapy. Trigger PRO adds it. You keep your touch and your technique; the instrument carries the load that would otherwise sit on your thumbs, wrists and fingers.
It was built for the work hands find hardest: dense, deep or hard-to-reach tissue and large, muscular athletes. For the clients your hands can't reach.
How bilateral leverage works
Two frames, one lever: each hand braces against the other, so deep pressure stays stable and goes through the tool, not your thumbs.
- Each frame has a handle, a back hand support (BHS) and a bridge that carries the attachment.
- The linkage joins the two bridges. Once it is taut, it stops the frames moving apart and leaves every other movement free.
- The linkage point sits closer to the attachment than to your hand, so each frame works as a lever: you press on the handle and the attachment delivers more force than you put in.
- The force runs down into the tissue and inward, so the two attachments converge like closing pliers.
- Bridge angle, BHS height and linkage length change the balance between downward and converging pressure.
The linkage is the technology. Without it, there is no leverage.

Three ways to work: Bracketing, Anchoring, Movement
- Bilateral Bracketing: both attachments work, on the two sides of a symmetrical region (for example either side of the lumbar spine) or flanking one target.
- Anchoring: a broad attachment gives stable counter-support while a pinpoint attachment does the work. For example, support the lateral scapula while you work the levator scapulae or rhomboids.
- Movement: hold contact while your client moves actively.
Use it as one part of your session: an adjunct to your assessment, mobility work and exercise.

Trigger PRO is the leverage interface between your hands and your client. Attachments (the interchangeable heads, often called tips or massage heads) mount on it to suit each technique and region, and the range of attachments and accessories keeps growing.

Frequently asked questions
How is Trigger PRO different from IASTM and Graston tools?
Most IASTM tools are single rigid blades used for edge strokes. Trigger PRO is a bilateral leverage instrument: two linked frames for sustained, stable compression, with glide attachments available for strokes. It can sit alongside your IASTM tools rather than replace them.
Can I use it without the linkage?
You can, but you lose the leverage. The linkage is the technology: it turns each frame into a lever. Without it, Trigger PRO works like two separate hand tools.
Does it vibrate?
No, on purpose. A rigid aluminium frame passes the feel of the tissue back to your hands. Trigger PRO is a platform: powered attachments are on our roadmap.
How much does it multiply my force?
It depends on bridge angle, BHS height and linkage length, but in a typical setup Trigger PRO at least doubles the force you put in.
Who is Trigger PRO for?
Anyone who does deep tissue work. Most owners are massage therapists, physical therapists, chiropractors, osteopaths and athletic trainers. Others use it at home on a partner or teammate, or on themselves for the areas they can reach. It is a professional-grade instrument: start with one setup and one region, then build from there.
Which attachment should I use?

Is it hard to learn?
Experienced hands usually need a few sessions, because muscle memory pulls toward old habits. Start with one setup, one region and one technique from the quick-start guide, then progress.
Will it fit my hands?
It adjusts to hand size: BHS height, linkage length and bridge angle all change, and the dual-grip handle spreads load across the palm and the back of the hand.
