Shipping
- Shipping is free worldwide. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
- Import duties, taxes and customs fees, where they apply, are the customer's responsibility.
- Check your parcel on delivery. Report any transport damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, through our contact page.
Returns
- You may return an order within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, complete and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions are refused, or refunded minus the loss in value.
- For hygiene reasons, attachments, silicone caps and other parts that touch the skin cannot be returned once used or unsealed.
- Contact us with your order number before sending anything back. Returns sent without our prior authorisation are not accepted.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, who is responsible for the parcel until we receive it. Use a tracked, insured service.
- We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return.
- Faulty or wrong items: tell us within 7 days of delivery and we cover the return and the replacement.
Warranty
- Trigger PRO has a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidents or modifications.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases in the EU and UK.
