Deep tissue & trigger point technique guides
Practical setups for dense, deep or hard-to-reach tissue, and for holds that are hard to keep. Most readers are massage therapists, physical therapists, chiropractors and osteopaths. Each guide takes one region and one bilateral leverage setup, from anatomy to hand position.
Region guides
New guides are added regularly. Each one follows the same order, so you can move between them without relearning the layout.

Coming soonHow the guides work
- Prepare: target, attachment, mode, back hand support fit and positioning.
- Release: the technique, pressure grade, direction and contact time. Here "Release" is the name of the step, not a promised result.
- Observe: a continue, modify or stop check at every hold, and reassessment with the measure you chose.
Every guide includes the anatomy with sources, the precautions for that region, and a demonstration video once it is filmed. Guides describe technique and tool setup. They don't replace your own assessment, and you work within your scope of practice.
Practitioner longevity
Articles on the physical load of hands-on work: body mechanics at the table, thumb strain and what the occupational research reports. First articles coming soon. In the meantime, see what the research says about strain in manual therapists, or browse the full research library.
The tool in these guides
The setups use Bilathera Trigger PRO, a bilateral leverage tool built for the hardest manual work. Each hand braces against the other through a tension strap, so deep, stable pressure goes through the tool, not your thumbs. Attachments are chosen per region: see the Trigger PRO attachments.
